1. What the app does
The app helps Russia/CIS B2B buyers shortlist Korean beauty SKUs and send a structured quote, sample, MOQ, stock, document, labeling, and logistics inquiry to an OURS manager.
A submitted inquiry is not an order, payment, stock reservation, invoice, or supply confirmation. Final price, stock, MOQ, documents, labeling, and logistics are confirmed separately by an OURS manager before any order or payment.
2. Data we collect
- contact details you provide, such as name, email, phone number, Telegram/WhatsApp, or another contact method;
- company name, sales channel, destination country/city, and other B2B context;
- selected SKUs, sample/MOQ/document/logistics interests, requested quantity, questions, and notes;
- technical data needed to operate and protect the service, such as request time, language/page, ordinary server logs, errors, and anti-spam signals;
- a local basket/shortlist may be stored on your device in browser or WebView local storage until you clear app/browser data or remove items.
3. Data we do not collect in the current version
- no payment, card, in-app purchase, or subscription data;
- no access to phone contacts, SMS, calls, calendar, camera, microphone, photos/files, or precise GPS location;
- no advertising SDK, sale of data for ads, or advertising-ID tracking;
- no user account creation or login in the current quote-request flow.
4. How we use data
- to receive and process your B2B quote/sample/sourcing inquiry;
- to let an OURS manager check price, stock, MOQ/case unit, sample availability, export documents, EAC/Честный ЗНАК relevance, labeling, and logistics;
- to contact you through the contact method you provided and clarify your request;
- to protect the service against spam, errors, and abuse;
- to improve internal inquiry handling using aggregated, non-identifying information.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising targeting. Data may be processed by service providers that help us run the site/app, store inquiries, send notifications, or manage B2B communication.
When necessary to answer a specific inquiry, an OURS manager may share limited information with a supplier, logistics, or document partner to check price, MOQ, availability, documents, or routing. This is not automatic data sale; it is limited to handling your B2B inquiry.
6. Retention and deletion
A local draft basket remains on your device until you clear app/browser data or remove items. Submitted inquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond, manage quote history, protect against spam/abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting duties if a later transaction occurs.
To request access, correction, or deletion, email ours237@ours777.com and identify the contact method used in the inquiry. We may ask for enough information to locate the relevant request, but we will not ask for unnecessary data.
7. Children
The app is intended for B2B buyers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data.
8. International processing
OURS operates from Korea and handles inquiries from buyers in different countries. Your data may be processed in Korea and, when necessary for a specific inquiry, shared with partners in another country for sourcing, document, or logistics checks.
9. Changes
If we change app features, data types, or processing methods, we will update this page and the updated date. Please review the current policy before submitting information.
